Travail Clypidus Pos Australia, so we go again with the clypidus story. I will continue the story with the archipelago and country that near from Indonesia. from the last Clypidus I already write about Singapore and now I will Write about Australia, a country that near Indonesia and right below the papua on the map.

There's many you can do if you want to visit Australia, as many Island and country have there is original tribe in Australia that famous with their weapon to hunt (boomerang), yeah aboriginal stuff always interesting. and the most Important things to do is see the kangguru and koala. after that you can always visit a few spot that are lovely to see. such as;

Sydney Harbour. if you plan to visit Australia in Januari don't pass this event at 26 there will be an Australian days where a boat races, fireworks and concert are exist during the Australia Day.

Melbourne. if you plan to visit Australia in March the best way is heading to Melbourne, Victoria where you can taste the food and wine Festival. this event hosted in Chinatown and take all the best chef, wine maker and cocktail shaker. After that you can try to find the info about the Australian Grandprix that also held in Melbourne at Albert Park.

Canberra Balloon. is there also on March you can see the hot air balloon dancing on the sky. you can feel the real autumn here.

Margaret River. If you plan to visit Australia in April try to visit Margaret River, is only take 4 hours from Perth. you will taste how the local villager celebrate their harvest. music, art, and other are mix together.

Multidimension Travel Blog - Yeahh I know that my blog had not been updated long long time since last year.. and now 2010, second month of the year, February...

Don't know why but seems this end year task on my college make me stuck on thinking great ideas..so.. the deadline on this end of the month .. if you don't mind hope for me to sucessed.

the first thing that make my hand up and running on the keyboard, typing all the sentence is the perspective of 2010 and the frame on the end of the world in 2012. Let's make the same perception first.. that all that I have write here is only my view and my opinion on how the travel will work in the next two year.

what willl happen if you know that your life will ends in two years a head. some one will say that he or she will do what he always want to do and visit the place all over the world that his or her foot is never steps on it.. so the travel will go rise and up ... but the there will be some wave that will ruin the naturality of the site if the tourism and culture keeper not preparing this wave.

but the good news.. all the transportation and accomodation will high and all the travel agent will be rethink to serve the price in the front of their costumers. so if you also believe that the world will end on 2012 keep in touch with your travel agent.....

Palembang - See the bridge in the night i sure you can fallen love with this bridge. it's called Ampera bridge, the bridge that been a witness to dozen historical event in Palembang.

Medan - you can go here to visit Danau Toba. the lake and the culture that inspired. you can also visit brastagi, nice place and cozy but little freezy.

Padang - Anai Valley find more by tracing the route you will find the stream of adrenalin when follow up the road. and don't forget to visit the historical place in this spot. even some of them have been a little messy.

The Legend Of Rinjani Mountain and his Myth

Long long ago not far from the Lembar harbour, there is a Taun Kingdom and ruled by a King, Datu Taun and his beautiful queen Dewi Mas.

The Kingdom is peaceful, safe, and rich. even the kingdom never have a trouble, King Taun is always sad, this because he is not having a child yet, the time went and gone they also getting older and more sad.

One day the king talk to his queen, discussing about the family problem. The trouble if they don't have a child. so King Taun say to his queen :

Adinda kanda ingin menyampaikan permintaan, ijinkanlah kakanda mengambil istri seorang lagi. Mudah-mudahan dengan demikian kita akan dikaruniai anak yang akan menggantikan pemerintahan kelak
"Dear My queen. I want to ask you something, can I get your permission to married for the second time. so we will have a son, in the future he will continued our glory and our kingdom!".

The queen give her permission, so the king propose a beautiful girl called Sunggar Tutul, the princess from Patih Aur (minister).

After that marriage the king is busy with his new wife. The king wisdom, turn unfair to his wife's. Because the bless of the God, Queen Dewi Mas is get pregnant. This news is shocking the new wife of the King, Sunggar Tutul. Being scared if the king turn out from her. With a tricky and evil, Sunggar Tutul stir up the king, and tell that the pregnant of Queen Dewi Mas because of a man called Lok Deos. The king get mad, so Queen Dewi Mas is unacceptable in the palace and thrown away to the Gili with some of the maid. they build a small village in that gili, Queen Dewi Mas is still with her strength trough day to day.

One day a ship nearing the Gili, from the far the Captain of the ship see a beautiful girl (the queen) in that island. they come to Queen Dewi Mas village. After they eat and drink to coverage they strength, the Captain ask why Dewi Mas is living in the island that no other people live here before, so the Queen tell all the story of her life. The Queen ask the captain for help, to accompanied her to Bali Island. Finally the Queen and her maid is living in Bali and made a new village.

The birth day is come, Dewi Mas have a twins baby. One boy and the another girl, she give the boy name with Raden Nuna Putra Janjak (who's born with a keris) and the girl name with Dewi Rinjani (who's born with an child arrow). Both of the baby grow up, funny and cute. but one day, both of the child ask about their father, because they always been ridicule by their friend for not having a father. The push from both of her child make Dewi Mas tell about their father, that he is a king, and all the story inside. Raden Nuna Putra Janjak is getting mad of his father and ask for permission to see him in Lombok and so Dewi Mas give him a permission to sail and go seeing his father.

By the time he arrive in the Palace, Raden Nuna is stopped by the guard. the fight seems can't be stop. even Raden Nuna still a child but with the keris from his birth he become strong and no one can defeat him, so the king have to fight him, the fight is more difficult to predict. in the middle of the fight suddenly there is a voice says :

"Hai Danu taun, jangan kau aniaya anak itu. Anak itu adalah anak kandungmu sendiri dari istrimu Dewi Mas".
"Hey King Taun, don't ever you hurt that child, cause the child is your own blood from your wife Dewi Mas"

After hear that sound, he feel sorry and hug Raden Nuna. after hear the story from Raden Nuna. so he go to the Bali Island and hope he can pick her up. all the people from the Taun Kingdom is happy cause the Queen Dewi Mas is not put an animus inside her heart with Sunggar Tutul, and they life happily ever and after.

Raden Nuna Putra Janjak grow up and more wise. so King Taun give him his crown to his son. after the son get the crown he go to the mountain with Dewi Rinjani. in the top of the mountain the pray for the God. in this top of the mountain Dewi Rinjani announced by the spirit of the mountain to become a queen. and after that this mountain called Rinjani.

The Myth About The Lake.

They call it segara (lombok word for the sea) anak (son), the son of the sea lake, oftenly called the bazaar of the spirit. if you went to this lake in see the lake is wide so be happy you will have a long age, and if the lake is not wide, you must calm your soul, clean up your mind and look for the lake as you want. (people will not say you will have a short life).

in this lake there never have a thought about how deep is the lake, but the fact is there is so many fish inside it, some people believe that this lake long time ago is also a sea and because the nature event they separate, and become the son of sea.

Multidimension Travel Blog - Every year my friend get his chocolate and he is confused to finish that chocolate in one month without being over weight. some of friend that know this happens convert his gift to a flower. but, Valentine is not a problem of chocolate and flower but I think is more about love and heart. is all about feeling. but not also took a knife to the chest and sent the still-beating heart as a token of his undying love. that part is what I got from wiki about valentine days.

so, some of my friend had an interesting act for this special day and had a connection to a travel. at the time he invited the one he loved to a special place, yeah the place is a surprise and he not telling the place. but the keyword is the first place where you and your love got the first romantic moment and try to re-construct it.

I think the idea is great but I know there is dozen way to express your love without the chocolate things, even the chocolate is the easy way to express it. but, if you have an idea about new things in your mind why not trying it. this is annual day that only exist one day a year. so don't loose it.

Multidimension Travel Blog - did you know travel that cheap and can make all feel suddenly turn like a fruit salad. I call it memory, last night when got back to my home sweet home, my eyes catch an album that lay on my rack and covered with a lot of dust.

lift it up and blowing the dust and make the room filled out with a flying dust. opened that album and got my baby photo at my age still 3 month years old. lots of photo inside that album bring me back to my beautiful memory of my younger age. this travel remind me again and feels like doing a long travel through the time and ended up in my bed while dreaming and hoping that times will rewind.

Multidimension Travel Blog - so recently i get my stand in front of television and suddenly my mind fill out with many news about terrorism and travel warning. feels like scary.

don't know how, but I must discuss this soda head with my friend before I write it down to this blog. according to my friend is all about media interpretation and media miss-interpretation.

the big thing and have a big contribution to all fear ( like become old, become ugly, not trendy, not stylish, etc) is media, fear is the number one that connected to security, as you know in hierarchy of need of Abraham Maslow, feel secure is one of the need. that is my friend opinion.

why Im choose that tittle, insane man in the middle of the crowd. cause the first people that could force the fight the stream is insane.

back to the discussion with my friend. All the point that confusing about this terorism and suicide with a bom is pull back to the subjectivity and interpretation. is all about pulling and stretching from one destination and another,,, what the heck what I want is just safe and enjoy the trace of God in the nature.

Multidimension Travel Blog - this word is is walk trough my mind lately. I have this blog and not sure enough that I have the power to operate and update this blog. The fact is I never had a travel. All the idea in this blog is collected trough people story who visiting that tourist object or even the tourism object is their hometown.

Anai Valley one of the most beutifull spot on West Andalas

Multidimension Travel Blog - if we visit the tourism object spot in west Andalas the interesting spot is in DAREK (native tongue language for the word Land), like Bukit Tinggi, Agam, Tanah Datar, Padang panjang, Lima puluh kota, Payakumbuh, Solok, Sawahlunto, Sijunjung, Pasaman, etc.

From the capital city of Padang, that located in the coast 'Laui’ (Native tongue language for coast), is not take a long time to reach darek is only 1,5 hours or 2,5 hours by take a bus.

So, if you go to darek don't forget to pull over in Lembah anai.. So this place that are we talking about... the Anai Valley, lots of interesting object in Anai Valley and become a favorite place for the tourist to take a break.

The first spot is Malibou Anai AKA Anai Resort that located in ‘ikua darek kapalo rantau’, Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman. In this place there is a green view with a mountain backround, with a river as an ornament.

after this spot you can enjoy the Anai Valley Conservation that located in Sepuluh Koto, Tanah Datar. this conservation is a tropical forest with various flora and fauna as you know that forest air is little cold but fresh in this place you can see also a waterfall with 40 m height.

Near the waterfall there's a fountain and seller that open a store and selling cookies and beverages with Padang spice. like bika, pinukuik, salt egg, nangka, young manggis, male banana, etc. The water so clear, nice air, and this situation make the visitor stay for a long time to enjoy the fountain and the waterfall from Singgalang mountain. don't forget to bring your camera.

After this spot you can see the Mega Mendung that have visited by the first Vice President of Indonesia Mohammad Hatta that not in good condition but have a great history. near this place there is a inscription to remember the struggle of independent heroes and it's located in uproad to Silaiang Kariang. after that you can stand in Minangkabau Village that have a design with oldies architecture.

Multidimension Travel Blog - In Indonesia it is the time for lebaran time. even this event is special for moslem but all tribe and religion in Indonesia joy and feel the happiness. this seems to an culture and time where people hang out with their families in their hometown.

in this special event commonly there always a food called ketupat and chicken opor, this food is like chicken curry and rice salad. often this food is served with rendang, is also like a meat curry but more spicy.

even this food is only have a famous in the big days but the spice is nice to take when ever there is a special event. try out the curry and if you like and curious about the recipee just comment and i will translate to English.

Multidimension Travel Blog - So ready for hiking in summer. yeah, one mountain in Indonesia, and as I know from local villager this mountain full with mystical and historian site from the fifth century. The place called the ninth peak (or in native tongue language is Songo Likur) this place is embed with Muria Mountain in Kudus City.

Why it called the ninth peak cause in fact there is nine peak on that mountain and the highest peak is SongoLikur. Every peak have their own name like : Semar,Petilasan Abiyoso, Begawan Sakri, Lokojoyo, Dewi Kunthi,Makam Mbah Bunton,Hyang Pandan,Arojambangan,Jonggring Saloko, Sendang Buton and Puncak Songolikur.

Cause the local government had repair this place now you can stay and there also a bath room. what you will do if you want to go to this place you have to go to Kudus city and find a guide cause it's so mystical, it would be the best if you have a guide from the local villager rather you gone there your self.

Peucang at Ujung Kulon it's Heaven

Multidimension Travel Blog - hi all, this is the summer time. are you have a plan yet? I think many of you will take the beach part. So I will post about one beach at Peucang Island in Ujung Kulon National Conservation in Indonesia. Maybe you ever heard about this island. Last night I have a little discussion with my friend at the coffee shop talk about peucang. this is the third time for him gone to Peucang.

It's Funny to heard his story cause the team is like Indiana Jones that search for the nature treasure. He told me that the main purposes is to take a butt of a male buffalo in Ujung Kulon. and the peak of the journey is diving on peucang beach. As you know that Peucang is a National Conservation so Wild life still have a living in there.

Diving at Peucang is fun but you must beware of Undur-Undur and sea snake. Cause my friend said a sea snake have a behaviour that un-usual with other snake also the snake have a powerfull poison.

need a week to walk on foot visiting Tanjung kulon National Conservation. but the taste is un-forgotten. ok, happy summer. don't forget to bring your sunblock and dark glasses.

Ok, but before I start my article for you all that qualified and post article in my Travel Contest is only tree people, at least you don't know which one is taking the first place. so, wait for two days for know and I will announce the winner hope this tree people preparing their ads that will be placed on my blog.

For the summer, why I suggest you to visit local museum. First of all, it classical reason. for the history. I have read Soekarno Biography and he said that Great Person will never forget the history of her country. Second reason, nice to remember the history especially if your family line get involved, if this happen try to visit with your Grandpa. I can sure you Grandpa will tell you a story that never written in history book.

He become a guide for long time in Rinjani and the last journey he even cry. cause the track is become more longer than usual. but after you got on the top you even have to hold your breath to feel the myth by seeing the lake. if you see the lake shrink your life will not be longer anymore. but, if you see the lake as usual your life would be longer.

oh yea he also told me if you like fishing better prepare your nail cause in this lake the fish is big and starve. what ever things you use for the bait you certainly got your fish. it's so cool. for your information this location have been located on Rinjani Mountain Conservation in Lombok Island. i think this could be your alternative if you want to visit Indonesia and also want a little adventure.

Journey to Hiding Waterfall at Bunder Mountain

This week I had a really amazing adventure. Go to Bunder Mountain with Some buddy and after on days we decide to visiting the waterfall.

It's not so strange in the mountain commonly have a waterfall. but this time the name is so funny the hiding waterfall. seems this waterfall always play hide and seek. local villager call it Curug ngumpet. people say this name given cause this waterfall is hiding for a long time, behind the rock and forest.

many local villager use their holidays to take a bath in this waterfall. from young to oldest. under the main drop stream quite depth my friend is sinking but fortunately he can swim.

if you go to this place you also can rent a villa there so many villa across the road but if you want to hire one try to compare the price. the old trick is for more cheap one is to know the sundanesse language.

I know it will be little rush but you can feel more than a travel, you can feel the adventure. oh yea one more, don't forget to bring your jacket and your swim suit. and try to see our recommended travel tool, hope it also use for you.

Ontang-anting, The Myth that always been talked

Batara Kala born from Kama that fall in the ocean when Batara Guru have the travel with Batari Uma. Batara Kala born in a shape of a fire that sparking big and bigger. This thing have made a disaster in Suralaya, and all the god had been commanded by Batara Guru to turn off that fire, but all the work of god is useless, and it more bigger then ever and up to Suralaya to ask his father.

because Hyang Guru worried if Kayangan will destroy, Batara Guru admit that Kala is his son. so it named with Batara Kala dan Batara Kala ask for food, and so do Batara Guru bring him food but the food is selected :

1. The person that only have on child and it call Ontang-anting
2. Five Pandawa (five boy or five daughter)
3. Kedono kedini, boy and girl and the girl will be the food.

to avoid being the food Batara Kala it must held a ceremony (ruwatan). So in the story of dalang it call lakon Murwakala or Lakon ruwatan. In the story (lakon) of Batara Kala is always eat the pandawa cause pandawa like ontang anting. But, because pandawa is always guard by titisan Wisnu (Batara Kresna) so Batara Kala is never success to eat Pandawa.

this is a legend that still held in the wedding ceremonial on Java Tribe. Ontang-anting ceremonial is different from kedono kedini ceremonial. Ussualy for the ontang-anting the parent will struggle with the reog (monster)... and it will be the next post of reog.

I wish I can go to Bali! That is my wish for a long time. I have a few friend that live in Bali and they tell a lot to me how is Bali really look like. this question is always show up when ever I ask a question to my friend about tourism and that question seems so skeptic. for me all kind of business that offering entertainment, refreshment, and free air is always promising.

people work hard. finishing all the day in front of a desk and point all of concentration in a paper. this brain need a refreshment and I can sure they all now that they need it.

you know that we have a different climate season. so migration still be a favorite activity, when in our place is snowy we take a place that still warm and cozy.

so sunny under a warm sun, wearing a sunblock and joy the day. but are only a beach that promising? all the nature is one of great creation of God. People is always want to see a new place and fulfilling her curiosity. but there is always be a challenge. tourism propose a nature in the first chart position. the challenge is how the citizen, the workers and the tourism business entrepreneur keep the clean and natural condition on that tourism object while exploit them. I think this must be a mutual symbiosis between nature and human kind. to be long lasting beutifull nature is to keep the nature clean and natural.

this not an ordinary legend of kedono-kedini. this story had been tell from great great ancestor to remind people how great the power of love from a big brother. let's start the legend.

this legend begin in a village where the citizen live peacefully. in that village live a family who only have two child one a boy and the other is girl. they named the kid kedono-kedini.

one day when his father go to the farm his mother tell kedono to look after his sister. but the tragedy begins when his sister disappear, and kedono don't know anything. mother looks angry and with full of emotion knock kedono untill he died. the body of kedono suddenly transform into a bird. the bird sound like yelling her sister "dikkuuuuu".... cause a bird can easily watch the ground from the sky kedono found his sister.. and dribbled his sister back to the home.. after his sister back to the home, that the bird transform again into human body (kedono) and he died by proud to finish her responsibility as a brother.

until now this legend repeatedly tell in Java wedding ceremonial. if the bried from a family with only two child (a boy and a girl). beside kedono kedini in the next post i will tell you about ola ola manding and ontang anting the legendary source of power.

Greek island of Sifnos this morning (beaches, BBQ and fun!) We will have an amazing beachfront teaching under shade but with tremendous views. We leave quite late this evening so there is plenty of time to enjoy a day on the Mediterranean Sea plus the island's amazing restaurants, shops, walks and sightseeing. It will be a day of rest for sure.

Once a part o time there is a poor family, malin and his mother. malin follow the sailor to fight with his own destiny and promise to his mom, if he gain the success he will come back to home. time go, the mother always sits near the coast and wish malin came home soon, day by day, and at last a big boat nearing the coast, her mother hear the news and came to see his son, but what happen malin don't want to admit his mother.
by the time he gonna leave the island, his mother ask once again and malin get mad and punch his own mother. the curse of mother tongue spelled. malin boat suddenly crash by a strange storm and can't leave the island. the boat is broke, at the end of his live suddenly malin admit and beg for mercy from his mother, don't know why but the spell had been released all the boat, the kru and malin it self turn to a rock on pantai air manis.

Semeru Mountain or we can called Semeru is a highest volcano in Java Island, Peak of this volcano is about 3.676 meter from the top of the sea, and the volcano spot called Jonggring Saloko.

Semeru have a forest including Dipterokarp hill, Dipterokarp upper forest, Montane forest, and Ericaceous forest or forest mountain.

this volcano mountain position in Kabupaten Malang dan Lumajang teritory, and geografical position between 8°06' South latitude dan 120°55' longitude east.

In the years of 1913 and 1946 volcano spot Jonggring Saloka have a belt with the top high about 3.744,8 M until the end of November 1973. in the south corner this belt have push the spot and cause lava stream to the Pasirian, Candiputro and Lumajang.

Semeru as a National Conservation

Fauna ecosystem that live in Semeru is : Panther, Budeng, Luwak, antelope, Kancil, etc. and among Ranu Kumbolo there is Belibis bird.

Floating market at Muara Kuin is a traditional market exist on Barito river in lower course Kuin River, Banjarmasin, South Borneo. The sellers and the buyers use jukung, nick for boat in Banjar language. This market begun after subuh pray until 07.00 AM in the morning. Sun rises bouncing trough the light between the transaction of vegetables and plantation from the village across the Barito river and the streams.

With seeing the panorama, tourist feels like in tourism resort. Jukung's filled with the vegetables carriage, fruits carriage and all kinds of fish also family needs it's all there at the floating market. when the sunshine rising fully the market start to quite, the sellers also start to leave the floating market with all benefit and pleasure.

The condition in floating market that so unique and special is jostled between the big boat and the small boat searching for buyers and sellers who always moving and shaking played by the wave of Barito river. Borobudur build by king Samaratungga, one of the ancient mataram kingdom, and descent of Wangsa Syailendra. basically on the Kayamwungan relic, a man from Indonesia called Hudaya Kandahjaya say that Borobudur is a holly place that have been build at 26 may 824. Borobudur it self have a meaning; mountain that have lot of core (budhara), mean while other source mentioned that Borobudur meaning is a temple on a high place.

this Budha temple have 1460 relief and 504 Budha stupa in the complex. hundred of people dreamed to visit this place that include in World Wonder Heritages. not a shock, cause the architecture design beside their function as a place for pray.

Borobudur building have a punden berundak shape with 10 step high. tall of the building at least 42 meter before renovation dan 34,5 meter after the renovation. because the lower stupa used as the back up. six step lower have a square shape and the three step higher have a round shape and the higher level, Budha stupa who heading to the west. every single step delegated the step of human life.

the ground of Borobudur, called Kamadhatu, draw a human that tied with desire. four step above called Rupadhatu, draw a human who free him self from desire but still tied up with body and shape. at that step, Budha statue placed in open room. meanwhile, three step above where budha placed in the stupa who have a holes called Arupadhatu, draw a human being who have free from desire, body, dan shape. and the top is called Arupa draw the heaven, where the Budha rest in peace.
